This course is designed to build on algebraic and geometric concepts. It develops advanced algebra skills working with polynomials, rational functions, imaginary and complex numbers, quadratics, sequence & series, areas of probability, and statistics along with concepts that include the study of trigonometric functions. The course also introduces exponential and logarithmic expressions, equations, and graphing. The context of this course is important for students' success on both the SAT and college mathematics entrance exams.
